1. Check Air Filter
Air filter in your engine controls the flow of air into the engine and keeps trash and particulates out. With Proper flow , We can lower emissions,improve fuel efficiency, and extend the life of engine . Do Check owner’s handbook for instructions and how often it Air filters needs to be replaced, as this can be done easily at home.
2 Check the engine oil
Oil levels may be checked with a dipstick or in some vehicles, an electronic gauge. If the oils seems too dark or muddy texture , Its time to change it . A good engine oil is transparent and has a smoother texture. Before Any Long trip , It’s a good idea to reach under the hood of car and verify both the oil and coolant levels . 3 Check, rotate, and change tires
Treads should be regularly examined that they are not worn out & Tire pressure should always be checked. Tread wear patterns on your tyres may differ between the front and back tyres, or even from one side of the tread to the other, depending on your vehicle alignment, usage, and a variety of other factors. Rotating your tyres will help to extend the life of your tyres by balancing tread wear more evenly and preventing noise and vibration issues.
4. Checking windshield wipers blades
In Indian Wheather , Windshield wipers takes the hammering effect, so it’s crucial to keep them in good working order. It may be time to replace them if you observe leftover water streaks on the windshield after each swipe. You may always try washing down the rubber with a washcloth to see if it helps.
5. Checking car battery
Batteries are one of Most Important Items to keep the Car running & it is reasonably simple to test or replace if w follow the appropriate methods. It’s difficult to tell exactly about the health from outside but we can surely learn by the signs it shows while starting the car . A slow crank is one of the clear symptoms that something isn’t right. Something may be wrong if you hear the automobile wheezing during starting, especially if the temperature isn’t chilly. 6. Check Shockers and Struts
